Dear Colleagues,
We are seeking a fourth presenter for an interdisciplinary panel titled "Making Money in Qing China: Realities and Fictions," which examines money, commercial cultures, and representations thereof in the Qing. Our panel currently brings together expertise in Qing art history, history, and literature to discuss the intersecting fictions and realities of money and its many lives in Qing China, and we would welcome a fourth panelist from any relevant disciplinary orientation.
