  • 1.  Reference Letter

    I submitted my application. However, I received an email with the message "Currently, your application is marked "pending" until our system administrators confirm a Letter of Reference is received on behalf of your application #XXXX"

    I checked with my supervisor wherein he informed me that he had already submitted the reference letter. The deadline is approaching.. Please clarify

    Dear Zahid,

    We (AAS Staff) have to manually go in and verify that the letter was received before marking the application as 'complete'. Thank you for your patience, as long as the letter was received on time the application will be considered for review.
