Thank you Molly. Just one minor question, I mention in the application a specific research site I have in mind for now. Is it possible to change the research site (still within my country but just a different city) in case of need? Of course with no increase in budget.

Subject: Project duration
Dear Thi Mai Thoa Tran,
It is up to you, but you could certainly list 1 year as your project duration. I'd suggest only asking for funding in the months for months in which you are actively incurring costs (ie you could ask for $6,000 USD in funding but list it as a 1 year project).

Subject: Project duration
Dear Molly,
I want to apply for funding for 2 major activities: research fieldwork and editing my thesis. The fieldwork is expected to last for about 5-6 months (expected costs listed under 'Travel' tab). I will need another 4-5 months at least for analyzing collected data and writing my thesis (no cost incurred). Then the next activity will be editing my thesis draft for which I plan to hire a professional service provider (expected costs listed under 'Professional services' tab).
The total duration for the 2 activities to finish will then be about 1 year. Is it ok for me to list my project as a long-term one then? Should the duration of proposed project be noted as from the beginning of my fieldwork until the end of editing service contract?
Thank you!
