    Dear all,

We are two PhD researchers from the Friedrich Schlegel Graduate School of Literary Studies at Free University Berlin & the Centre for the Study of Islamic Culture at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the School of Modern Languages at the University of St Andrews. We are looking for panellists and discussants to join our panel on "Hui Literary Practices and Identity Representations". This proposed panel will explore various literary practices, including reading, writing, interpreting, or publishing literature, scholarly works, arts, films and dramas, with a specific focus on Hui or Hui-related identity representations and associated challenges.

We are currently looking for 1 to 2 additional participants and 1 to 2 discussants to join our panel. If you are interested in joining us, please don't hesitate to send us your abstracts before 31 July 2025: Tingting Zhong (tz46@st-andrews.ac.uk) and Anton Terhechte (a.terhechte@fu-berlin.de). If you have any specific questions or would like to discuss any other contributions that may potentially add to our topic, we would love to hear from you.

Thank you very much for your consideration, and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Warm regards,

    Tingting and Anton
