    Brief:

    This workshop begins from a question: what does it mean to teach Korean Studies in the UK today? While each speaker approaches this question from a different perspective, we share a common concern with the future of Korean Studies as both an academic field and a teaching practice. We bring complementary perspectives on teaching Korean language, literature, and culture from three different areas of expertise

    While the workshop is based on the UK as a case study, we want to explore the future of Korean Studies in the wider global context.
