Do you have an idea for a session that you would like to organize and are you looking for paper presenter(s), a chair, or a discussant(s)? Do you have a paper topic proposal and are you looking to join a session?  Post your interest in the AAS Call for Proposal Community Forum. 

There are two discussion options:

• Sessions seeking Participants (For organizers creating sessions and seeking active participants)
• Participants seeking Sessions (For individual presenters interested in joining a session proposal)

Get your application finalized ASAP! (As soon as possible) The application deadline is September 1, 2023 at 5:00pm Eastern Time. The portal will remain open until 11:59 PM, but be advised technical support will not be available after 5:00pm ET. 

Just over 3 weeks remain before the application deadline of September 1, 2023!

Some guidance to get your application in on time:

1. Request your letter of reference AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Letters will be due Sept 1, 2023 as well, so please inform your referees as soon as possible that you need a letter.
2. Ask questions now! If you have questions, please ask AAS now. As the deadline approaches, it is likely that AAS staff response time will be delayed due to the influx of applicants. If you have been wondering about a question for a while, let us know now!
